Extension, full house refurbishment and garden landscaping
Our clients were so impressed with the work we carried out refurbing their basement, we were invited back to extend the property and carry out a full house refurbishment. New kitchen, living room, bathroom throughout, including full landscape redesign of the garden space.

Contemporary extensions and house refurbishment
Our clients have lived in this mid terrace property for 40+years and during that time done 0 to very little work. Reaching retirement age, they wanted to create a home that would have an open plan kitchen, living, dining space, be modern and filled with light. We worked closely with the architects to achieve a design internally and externally that would deliver the wow factor.
The entire house was stripped back to the brickwork, floors dug down and meticulously put back together to an extremely high finish.
The use of cedar cladding and zinc really transforms the overall design bringing it into the 21st century.

Contemporary extension with maximum impact
An out of date and leaking conservatory was demolished in order to replace with a large single storey extension. This created an open plan kitchen, living and dining space and separate utility/ bathroom.
Virtually frameless glass sliding doors and a rockpanel facade system delivers a truly striking external appearance. With maximum light flowing into the building, the seamless transition from inside to out brings the garden into the home.

Double storey extension, single storey extension and full house refurbishment
Our client had one vision when she asked us to design her new extension, open plan living. We increased her property size by 1200sqft with a double and single storey extension. We removed the entire back wall of the existing house creating a large kitchen, living, dining space.
Basement brought back to life!
Our client in Clapham had recently purchased the property and inherited a common problem found in London. A converted basement with no tanking and poor sewage waste plumbing. The low ceiling height meant showering was awkward and the smell of damp unpleasant.
The entire basement area was stripped back, floors dug down to achieve a greater head height, new drainage installed and a full tanking system constructed. Our team managed the project throughout and delivered this high spec bathroom and utility area to the clients vision!

How to quadruple the size of your kitchen!
Our client had tasked us with the job of creating their dream open plan home. A full redevelopment of the entire ground floor along with this large wrap around extension and full corner of the house removed. A lot of work involved, but the end result speaks for itself. A dream come true space, perfect for family living and adult entertaining.

Stunning Calacatta marble bathroom
This master en-suite bathroom has truly undergone a transformation. Our clients rarely used the existing en-suite, having inherited the dated bathroom when they purchased the property.
Having already carried out refurbishment works at their property, they trusted us to come up with a full design proposal, having made just one request, 'hotel luxury'. A complete refurb of the room was undertaken, new stud walls creating a full width niche detail and hiding all services, plastering walls and ceiling, new plumbing throughout, heated wet floor installed, new modern window, new lighting and extraction installed.
It's all in the final detail... It's no accident fixtures and fittings line up with centre of tiles, forward planning way in advance create a finish project that speaks for itself. A tile niche detail, perfectly created, setting back a full tile as if it's been pushed backwards, beautifully set with mitred tile corners for that seamless look.

Bathroom refurbishment & dormer window construction
This family bathroom hadn't been updated in 20 years. Unfortunately our team were too quick for me to get a before shot!
Originally quite a large floorspace, however half the area was impeded by the sloping ceiling. A new dormer window was installed with a large panoramic window.
Large white metro tiles, black grouting give this bathroom a great modern look. Teamed with black fittings throughout, large 400x400 ceiling mounted shower head, back to the wall toilet and concealed cistern.
"From design ideas to the finished project, superb communication throughout and finished to a high standard"

Creating the dream space
When a family outgrows their home, this can be a difficult time. The stress of moving and trying to find something suitable for everyone, or if you're fortunate to have the space and budget, do you extend and create a dream space?
Our client had one aim, open up the back of the house to a new wrap around extension, creating an open plan kitchen, living & dining area, perfect for family life and entertaining guests in the evening.

Out with the old! In with the new!
A dated, leaking conservatory became a space un-used and un-loved!
We opened up the back of the house to a new oak extension, doubling the living room size and creating a room filled with light.
With 5.8m bifold doors and a large roof lantern, this room has now become a great centre piece of the house.
"Impressed from start to finish, couldn't be happier with the end result"

A small space, to add much needed sqft!
Our clients needed to add extra sqft and quick! A growing family meant an extra bedroom was required and a much needed playroom downstairs to hide the toys in. Due to the ground conditions, a requirement from building control meant the foundations had to be piled. An exact brick match and tile hanging detail makes the new extension blend in with the old!
